Chad was born in Murray, Utah December 16th, 1972 to Kenneth Allen Wade and Mary Dawn Fannin Wade. Chad returned home to our Lord and Savior Wednesday, June 1st, 2011 in Tooele County, after a tragic plane accident, taking the lives of Chad and three of his dear friends. He is preceded in death by: Daniel Keith Wade (Granddad), Donna Fannin Myers (Nana), William Milo Fannin (Grandfather), Jan Fannin Kuchinski (Aunt), and Michael J. Fannin (Uncle).

Chad was an amazing person with exceptional talent. His talents and accomplishments include: Being involved at a young age in the scouting program, receiving his Eagle Scout award with pride. He honorably served a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Following his mission, he continually served in many church callings. 

Chad’s passion in life was being a DAD! He adored his 4 children and loved spending every second he had with them. He was an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and mentor. His business adventures were a big part of his life an loved being around people, watching them succeed both financially and assisting them overcome personal challenges to achieve personal goals and development. Chad was a very passionate outdoorsman. He loved Hiking and Fishing – purely just loved being in nature with all God’s creations. Chad often said that Nature was the “Best Office Space”. 

Chad will be greatly missed. He leaves behind a legacy of people touched with his powerful words and his powerful sense of love and compassion. Heaven’s doors have opened a new chapter for Chad, he will now eternally be with our Lord and Savior and all of his amazing creations.

Chad is survived by his children: Makayla Ann , Colton , Kyle , and Macie; his parents Ken and Mary Wade; siblings: Brad, Ben, Jenny, and Sara; grandmother 
Doris Wade; and many other loving family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at the Corner Canyon Stake Center, 13366 South 1300 East, Draper, UT. A gathering will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 at Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 South Highland Drive, Holladay, UT, as well as Wednesday at the ward 10:30-11:30 am. Interment: Holladay Memorial Park 4900 So. Memory Ln. (1990 East).
